Welcome to RK Handicrafts. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase of our handcrafted idols and art pieces.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, transactions, and interactions through the RK Handicrafts website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Product Description and Handcrafted Nature

  • All idols and handicraft items sold on  Rkhandicrafts are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans.

  • Due to the artistic and manual nature of our production process, minor variations in color, texture, finishing, and dimensions may occur. These characteristics are proof of authenticity and make every single piece unique.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment Terms (Advance & Delivery Policy)

To ensure smooth processing and to cover the customized or curated nature of our handcrafted idols, our payment structure is strictly managed as follows:

  • Advance Payment Requirement: A minimum of 60% of the total order value must be paid in advance at the time of confirming and placing your order. Production, packing, or dispatch processes will only initiate upon the successful realization of this advance payment.

  • Balance Payment at Delivery: The remaining 40% balance amount is due immediately at the time of delivery. Depending on your chosen delivery method, this balance may be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, or securely cleared digitally right before final handover/dispatch from our logistics partner.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is officially processed only after the 60% advance payment receipt is confirmed by our finance team.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free delivery within India ,We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ship our fragile and delicate handicraft items safely.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • The customer or an authorized recipient must be available at the delivery address to inspect the package, pay the remaining 40% balance (if applicable), and accept the shipment.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Customer: If an order is canceled after production or dispatch has commenced, the 60% advance payment is strictly non-refundable as it covers material and artisan labor costs.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Because our products are fragile idols, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video proofs for review and appropriate resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product photographs, text, graphics, logos, and layout—is the exclusive property of RK Handicrafts and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
